Ideal Experience & Passion – Senior Chef de Partie – £45K

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Event Chef within quality-led operations
• Background in high-volume or event catering environments
• Michelin experience is advantageous but not essential
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food and presentation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
• Organised, reliable, and able to follow direction confidently
• Good understanding of food hygiene, compliance, and kitchen standards

Senior Chef de Partie – Role Overview

• Support the preparation and execution of menus across multiple events
• Deliver high-quality food on-site with strong plating and attention to detail
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Follow prep lists, recipes, and service plans accurately
• Assist with high-volume production while maintaining consistency
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance
• Work collaboratively with freelance chefs and operations teams
• Represent the brand professionally when working in front of clients
