Concept creation and Brand Identity
Creating a successful hospitality business starts with a strong, clearly defined concept and a compelling brand identity. At Antidote Hospitality, we work closely with operators, investors, and entrepreneurs to develop distinctive hospitality concepts that stand out in competitive markets and connect with modern guest expectations. From initial idea development and market positioning to brand storytelling, visual identity, and guest experience design, we help transform ideas into commercially viable, memorable hospitality brands. By combining creative thinking with operational expertise and industry insight, we ensure every concept is both inspiring and deliverable, supporting long-term growth, brand recognition, and sustainable success across restaurants, hotels, bars, and hospitality ventures.
Jamie Kerr
Jamie is a hospitality concept strategist and operator specialising in the creation of restaurant, bar and members’ club concepts that integrate seamlessly within hotels while standing confidently as independent destinations. His work is built around understanding hospitality’s dual audience: external guests seeking relevance, identity and cultural energy, and in-house travellers or members looking for comfort, familiarity and connection. Jamie develops concepts that satisfy both without compromise — delivering distinctive brand narratives, operational flow and commercial strength in equal measure.
Across the European expansion of art’otel, Jamie led the implementation of all bars and restaurants, delivering ten concepts across five properties, including JOIA, Solaya and Yezi. This experience sharpened his ability to translate bold creative ambition into operationally sound, culturally attuned venues that resonate with local markets while strengthening a hotel’s wider positioning.
Jamie also brings senior operational depth from General Manager roles within leading lifestyle and members’ club environments, including Ennismore, Soho House and HIX Restaurants. This foundation grounds his creative work in real-world understanding of team culture, guest behaviour, membership dynamics, financial performance and the day-to-day realities of high-expectation venues.
Combining strategic thinking, creative development and operational insight, Jamie crafts concepts that feel fresh, relevant and commercially effective across hotels, restaurants, bars and member-driven spaces.
