Ideal Experience & Passion – Brand Event Manager

• Proven experience as an Event Manager within hospitality or events
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events seamlessly
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Experience working closely with kitchen, bar teams, and external suppliers
• Strong understanding of event logistics and on-the-day execution
• Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
• High attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of health & safety and compliance within events

Role Overview

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, venues, and suppliers on event days
• Lead team briefings and ensure clear communication across all departments
• Build and maintain strong venue and supplier relationships
• Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, ensuring timelines are met
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams on menus and guest requirements
• Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshoot any issues
• Ensure health & safety standards are consistently met
• Adapt to a flexible schedule and the fast-paced nature of events
