We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join London’s most exciting and high-profile food hall operators — a lively hub bringing together independent food traders, bars, and live events under one roof.
You’ll oversee all operations, drive revenue growth, and lead a passionate on-site team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a GM who thrives in dynamic, community-focused environments.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years’ GM or senior operations experience in hospitality or multi-site venues
  • Commercially sharp with proven P&L responsibility
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Personal licence holder
