Floor Manager – Up to £45,000 – Premium Gastro Pub – Orpington – Floor Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Floor Manager to join the leadership team of one of Orpington’s most exciting premium neighbourhood pubs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example and understands that outstanding hospitality is built on consistency, energy and genuine attention to detail. You’ll be a visible presence throughout service, inspiring your team while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door.

• A strong floor presence and the confidence to lead busy services

• The ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Calm decision-making skills under pressure with excellent organisational ability
