Ideal Experience & Passion – Assistant General Manager

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or ambitious Restaurant Manager within a quality-led restaurant
• Strong operational knowledge with the ability to lead busy services while maintaining exceptional standards
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and building lasting customer relationships
• Confident leading, coaching and developing front-of-house teams
• Commercially aware with experience managing labour, stock control and financial performance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a hands-on leadership style
• A genuine passion for hospitality, quality food and wine and outstanding service
