General Manager – Up to £70K – Large Premium Pub & Hotel – Kent
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to take the lead at a large, high-volume premium pub and hospitality venue in Kent.
This is a large operation with a strong food and drink offering which will open in early 2027 with a new 40-bedroom hotel.
We’re looking for a commercially focused and highly experienced General Manager who can take full ownership of the operation.

Ideal Experience & Passion – General Manager
  • Proven experience as a General Manager within a large, high-volume pub, restaurant or hotel operation
  • Strong background in premium, quality-led hospitality
  • Experience managing significant turnover and large teams
  • Previous hotel or rooms experience would be highly beneficial
  • New opening or pre-opening experience would be an advantage
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, labour, P&L and overall venue performance
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional food, drink and guest experiences
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams
  • Confident implementing systems, processes and operational standards
  • Able to successfully manage a complex, multi-faceted operation
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership while taking full ownership at venue level
  • A hands-on, energetic leader who thrives in a busy hospitality environment
