Club Manager – Central London – Up to £65k – Amazing Opportunity – Club Manager
 
An exciting opportunity for an experienced nightlife operator to take ownership of a high-energy, late-night venue in Central London. We’re looking for a commercially driven, hands-on Club Manager who genuinely understands nightlife — from VIP service, DJs and promoters through to creating the right atmosphere, managing the crowd and maximising revenue.
This is not a traditional restaurant management role. You’ll essentially run the venue as your own business, taking full responsibility for the guest experience, team, commercial performance and late-night operation.

Ideal Experience & Passion – Club Manager
  • Genuine management experience within nightclubs, late-night venues or premium nightlife concepts
  • A strong understanding of VIPs, table service and delivering a high-end late-night guest experience
  • Experience working with DJs, promoters and entertainment partners
  • Commercially sharp, with a proven ability to drive revenue, spend per head and overall venue performance
  • Confident managing atmosphere, crowd flow and the overall energy of a venue
  • Sound understanding of licensing, compliance and late-night venue requirements
  • Experienced with cash controls, stock management and operational costs
  • Able to recruit, lead, motivate and develop a strong late-night team
  • Comfortable working late nights and being present during the venue’s key trading periods
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership and run the operation as your own business
This role would suit an established Club Manager, Nightclub General Manager, Late-Night Venue Manager or Nightlife Operations Manager looking for genuine ownership of an exciting Central London operation.
