We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established premium gastropub in Ticehurst, East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wants to be part of a quality-driven kitchen with a strong reputation for great food and hospitality.

Working alongside an experienced Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you’ll take ownership of your section, play an important part in delivering consistently high standards and have the opportunity to continue developing your skills and progress your career.

Ideal Experience & Passion – Chef de Partie

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress
• Background within quality restaurants, gastropubs, hotels or fresh-food kitchens
• A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal British food
• Confident running and taking responsibility for your own section
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation and consistency
• Good understanding of food safety, kitchen organisation and maintaining high standards
• Comfortable working as part of a busy and professional kitchen team
• Keen to learn, develop and progress within the kitchen
• Reliable, organised and passionate about delivering excellent food
