Ideal Experience & Passion – Junior Sous Chef

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie

• Experience working in high-volume, quality-led kitchens
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate junior team members
