This operator of an award-winning, highly regarded French neighbourhood restaurant is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their exceptional operation in North London.

With a strong emphasis on premium, locally sourced produce, classic French cooking and refined service, this quality-driven bistro has built an outstanding reputation and loyal following. We are looking for a commercially astute, hands-on General Manager who can balance guest experience with full financial accountability.

The Role – General Manager

• Full responsibility for the overall restaurant operation
• Full financial accountability, including P&L, labour, payroll and cost control
• Lead, develop and inspire both FOH and management teams
• Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners and local community
• Work closely with ownership to drive performance and long-term growth

Ideal Experience & Background – General Manager

• Proven General Manager experience within high-end or premium restaurants
• Strong understanding of French neighbourhood or quality-led dining
• Experience running high-volume, service-focused operations
• Confident managing financial performance, compliance and controls
• A natural leader with a people-first approach and attention to detail
