Head Chef – Brand New High-End Mediterranean Restaurant | Opening Mid 2026 – £90k

Antidote Hospitality are thrilled to be partnering with an exciting new opening set to bring a refined, ingredient-led Mediterranean concept to London in Mid 2026 and we’re looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen from the very start.

This is a rare chance to shape a restaurant from the ground up: menus, suppliers, brigade, culture, and standards. We’re looking for a hands-on, inspirational leader with a deep understanding of Mediterranean flavours, a passion for seasonality, and the creativity to elevate classics with modern technique.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing a vibrant, progressive Mediterranean menu
  • Building, training, and leading a talented kitchen brigade
  •  Setting and maintaining world-class standards of quality and consistency
  • Driving kitchen operations, cost control, and supplier relationships
  • Leading from the front, calm, organised, and always inspiring
