An exciting opportunity to lead the kitchen of a well-established, high volume fish-focused operation that’s entering its next phase of growth. With a new 60-cover restaurant opening shortly, the business is also expanding in the future with a significant events space set to launch—creating a rare chance for a Head Chef to shape, scale, and leave a lasting mark on a growing operation.

Ideal Experience & Passion

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
  • Passion for fish and seafood, with a focus on quality, seasonality, and sustainability
  • Experience managing both restaurant service and large-scale events or banqueting
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and retain high-performing teams
  • Commercially aware with a solid understanding of GP, cost control, and kitchen systems
  • A hands-on, driven approach with the ambition to grow alongside the business
