This exciting and highly regarded plant-based restaurant group is looking for passionate Chef de Partie’s to join their growing kitchen teams across their Notting Hill and Spitalfields sites.

Known for its focus on fermentation, cooking with fire, and bold, creative flavours, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive and quality-driven operation that is pushing boundaries in plant-based dining.

Working closely with a talented senior kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in delivering consistently exceptional dishes while developing your own skills within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Ideal Experience & Passion – Chef de Partie

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality-led kitchen
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and innovative cooking techniques
  • Interest in plant-based cuisine, fermentation, and fire-based cooking
  • Strong organisation and ability to run a section confidently
  • A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
  • High standards of cleanliness, prep, and food safety
