Ideal Experience & Passion – Junior Sous Chef
• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a quality-led restaurant
• Passion for seasonal produce and ingredient-led cooking

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience leading and motivating junior chefs
• Calm and professional approach during busy service periods
• High standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
