Antidote Hospitality is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded hospitality operator to recruit an exceptional Senior General Manager for one of the UK’s most exciting businesses.

This is not a role for the faint-hearted.

We’re looking for a commercially astute, operationally strong leader who thrives in high-volume environments and understands how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing significant turnover, and large teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a premium operation that combines quality, pace, and consistency, ensuring every guest experience reflects the high standards the business is known for.
