• Strong background as a Sushi Chef within premium or high-volume environments
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team
• Deep understanding of traditional and modern sushi techniques
• Passion for quality, precision, and consistency
• Experience working within high-performing, structured kitchens
• A collaborative mindset and ambition to be part of something special from the ground up
