Antidote Hospitality is working with a fast-growing premium casual dining group known for delivering high-quality food and vibrant guest experiences across multiple high-performing sites. With strong expansion plans ahead, the business is now seeking an experienced Group Chef to drive food quality, kitchen standards and BOH leadership across the estate.

Group Chef – Ideal Experience & Passion

• Group Chef, Senior Group Chef or Exec Chef experience within multi-site operations
• Strong commercial understanding with proven GP and labour control
• Track record delivering consistent food quality at scale
• Experience developing menus, specs and costings
• Confident recruiting, developing and leading BOH teams
• Experience supporting new openings and business growth
• Strong compliance knowledge (HACCP, allergens, EHO standards)
• Hands-on, organised and people-focused leadership style
