We’re looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead the growth of an East London café/bakery, production kitchen, wholesale and fulfilment operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven social enterprise with strong foundations and big ambitions.
You’ll be responsible for driving sales, overseeing efficient operations, supporting and developing the team, and ensuring systems and culture are fit for growth. With a new production unit open, your focus will be on optimising capacity, maintaining high quality, and ensuring financial sustainability.
We are seeking a hands-on, commercially sharp leader who can embed values of Quality, Purpose, Community and Inclusivity into every aspect of the business.
Salary: Up to £68,750 per annum (Based on 32 hours per week)
