brand new high-end Italian restaurant, seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead its kitchen launch in Tenerife. 

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full culinary setup, from menu development to team recruitment, kitchen design, and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience, including time as Head or Exec Chef in fine dining
• Strong background in Italian cuisine

• Confident leader with high standards, HACCP knowledge, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian a plus)
