We’re looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead the growth of an East London café/bakery, production kitchen, wholesale and fulfilment operation. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven social enterprise with strong foundations and big ambitions.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, overseeing efficient operations, supporting and developing the team, and ensuring systems and culture are fit for growth. With a new production unit open, your focus will be on optimising capacity, maintaining high quality, and ensuring financial sustainability.

Salary: Up to £68,750 per annum (Based on 32 hours per week)

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to join this growing group of high-end restaurants in Tenerife. With two stunning venues and a third on the way, this is a key role focused on converting enquiries into bookings, building strong B2B partnerships (hotels, corporates, community), and leading customer experience from start to finish.
You’ll be the go-to for event sales, loyalty programmes, and CRM strategy — managing every step from initial enquiry to post-visit feedback. You’ll also have the tools and support to succeed, including HubSpot CRM, a performance-led bonus structure, and full autonomy to drive results.
What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in sales, events, or customer relationship roles (hospitality a plus)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian/French a bonus)
