⭐ New One-Star Restaurants – A shoutout to the all the latest additions, including Oma by david carter & the team at dcco., LYLA, Avery, and Plates London – Plant-Based Food Studio and Restaurant (the UK’s first fully vegan Michelin-starred restaurant)!

⭐⭐⭐ Moor Hall Restaurant with Rooms – Now among an elite group with three Michelin stars! (and a Green Star too!!)

🌱 And all those that were awarded and retained their Green Stars for recognizing sustainability champions leading the way in responsible gastronomy, (special mention to my local restaurant The Small Holding and Will Devlin and team!)

🍽️ Bib Gourmand Winners – 36 new restaurants proving that excellence and affordability can go hand in hand.
