We’re working with one of London’s most iconic French brasseries as they look to appoint a strong Senior Sous Chef to support the leadership of this fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operation.
This is a role for a chef who thrives in busy services, leads from the front, and genuinely enjoys developing people. The kitchen delivers classic French brasserie cooking at serious volume while maintaining consistently high standards, so they’re looking for somebody organised, calm under pressure, and fully hands-on with the team.

Ideal Experience & Passion
- Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef in a high-volume premium restaurant or brasserie
- Passion for classic French and European cooking
- Hands-on leadership style with strong people management skills
- Ability to lead large teams through busy services
- Strong organisational and kitchen management ability
- Experience with training, mentoring and team development
- Calm, professional approach under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a positive kitchen culture
